MECHANICAL ENGINEER

DESCRIPTION: Mechanical Engineer with experience in the design of HVAC and Process Piping projects for bio-tech, data center, hospital, universities and various types of commercial facilities.

 

This person will be responsible for:

  • Attend start up meetings & fully understand design intent & scope

  • Preparation of basis of design documentation which outlines the client's requirements

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Effective communication & coordination with Clients, Project managers, Architects, Contractors & equipment vendors

  • Effective meeting minutes & action item taken

  • Review of multi discipline design drawings for coordination

  • Detailed HVAC & Process piping system design & component/equipment selections

  • Preparation of construction documents & project specifications

  • Perform load analysis as required to determine system sizes

  • Complete project tasks within established design budgets & schedules

  • Provide technical support to the project managers & construction team

 

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience of HVAC / Process Piping systems design & layout

  • Experience with large commercial systems engineering, Experience in a Design / Build environment is preferred

  • Professional registration as a Mechanical Engineer in Wisconsin

  • BS Mechanical Engineering Degree

  • Familiarity with Wisconsin building codes and regulation

  • AutoCAD proficiency is preferred

FACILITY SOLUTIONS ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

DESCRIPTION: HVAC/Plumbing/Controls Account Management/Sales

 

This person will be responsible for:

  • Contact current and potential clients to gain opportunities to bid on maintenance agreements.

  • Sets strategies for primary accounts by interviewing clients to learn the organization, influencers and the decision making process

  • Maintain an account knowledge base for selling maintenance agreements

 

Communication

  • Consult with the Facility Manager to resolve issues

  • Communicate effectively with the Owners, Property Managers, Subcontractors, etc.

  • Communicate the necessary manpower needs to the Operations team

  • Communicate the necessary information to the field (Scope, labor, materials, client info, etc.)

  • Other duties as assigned and mutually agreed upon

Required education, knowledge & abilities

  • Must have demonstrated proficiency for all the responsibilities of a regional account manager

  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite - Word, Excel, Power point & Outlook

  • Familiarity with building & facility infrastructure, mechanical equipment including HVAC, plumbing & piping, electrical systems & controls required

  • Intermediate knowledge of mechanical, electrical & energy codes required

  • Three years (3) of experience in the mechanical service sales, facility sales or a related field required

  • Five (5) years of business to business field sales experience with a track record of achieving challenging sales goals required

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or equivalent work experience required

ENGINEERING HVAC PROJECT/SALES INTERN

This person will be responsible for:

  • The ideal candidate(s) will work closely with senior management in the commercial & Industrial HVAC & Plumbing depts. to enhance their skill set

  • Is a key contributor to various energy or data modeling projects

  • Provides prompt and accurate support to the departments with assignments & projects accordingly

  • Work with assigned engineer to help research and analyze data such as customer design proposal, specifications & manuals to determine feasibility of design or application

 

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale; prefer students with a 3.5 or better

  • Undergraduate Engineering student (Completed sophomore level or higher)

  • Successful record in academics and a diverse range of extracurricular activities

  • Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week for the duration of internship

  • Demonstrate proficiency in the MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint & Word)

  • Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior Engineering internship experience ideal

  • Experience with real world problem solving

  • Hands-on experience with mechanical equipment

  PLUMBING SERVICE SALES PROFESSIONAL

This person will be responsible for:

As a Plumbing Service Sales professional, you will play an active role in the Plumbing Service 
department, by maintaining current customer relationships and working to build new ones.  You will 
take the lead in reaching out and helping customers with their service needs as well as working on 
new solutions for larger projects.

​

Basic Qualifications

  • Employment Type - Full-Time 40+ hours.

  • Minimum Experience – Seven to Ten Years of Sales and Service Required.

  • Wisconsin Plumbing Code Knowledge Needed.

  • Salary Range – Based on Experience 60K – 100k.

We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Professional specializing in plumbing solutions for 
commercial and residential customers. This role requires a candidate with a strong technical 
understanding of plumbing systems and excellent sales skills. The ideal candidate will be adept at 
identifying and fulfilling client needs, providing tailored plumbing solutions, and establishing lasting 
customer relationships.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Work closely with the Plumbing Service Team to ensure that projects needs are met.

  • Make warm and cold calls to develop leads for plumbing service and projects.

  • Develop and maintain customer relationships.

  • Estimate, sell and manage repair work and projects.

  • Estimate, sell and manage service agreements.

  • Source materials for jobs/projects.

  • Provide all necessary information for creating proposals and estimates.

  • Send copies of proposals and estimates to Service Manager for review.

  • Review any service tickets that are tied to your project and service calls, to proactively 
    respond to any issues.

  • Meet with customers on a regular basis to discuss current services, project completed and 
    future needs, to develop overall customer satisfaction.

  • Attend sales meetings with details on active leads being pursued and current 
    projects/services that are being completed.

  • Review maintenance contracts at time of renewal for updates.

  • Create a reference list of all leads and customers for visibility for the department.

  • Other projects and duties as assigned
